Outplacement

To lay off an employee is never a pleasant experience, but Outplacement is a way to smoothen the process, help the person and avoid negative PR. 

Outplacement supports the employee in presenting him-/herself at its best at the labour market. 

And that's how the support could look like:

  • analysis of the situation of the employee, identification and development of strenghts, success stories and knowhow
  • definition of suitable job offers, revision of application documents, simulation of interviews
  • support in writing job applications, establishing contact to recruiting companies
  • advice regarding employment contract, optionally coaching during the first months in the new position
